 Record Description Extensive limestone cliff, southeast facing with healthy Limestone Ashwood with juniper and wych elm at 420m. In two sections divided by the wall marking the upper limit of enclosed pastures. Seperate Species Lists have been compiled by Mrs Linda Robinson for both the section to the south of the wall and the section within the enclosed pastures to the north of the wall: Buttertubs Scars…. Middle Scar, Cliff Beck (3rd stop). Being the upper section of the Lower Scar upstream and to the south of the wall marking the limit of improved pastures.
